Is it possible to change my design?
Absolutely, as long as you provide us notice in a timely manner to accommodate schedule changes, you can adjust your design up to two times without any additional charges.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
Any projects rescheduled less than 14 days of the proposed date will require the second payment scheduled.
How does the billing process work?
To secure your booking, we request a 33% down payment with the next 33% to be paid prior starting your project and the final remaining payment with change orders due upon completion..
What is the process for landscape management?
With our landscape management. We will come out for a consultation visit, we will then present you a contract with flexible payment options. We may request an initial payment right away to secure a spot in the schedule and process any soil sample for your lawn management
How do I get billed?
All billing is done via email (paperless) We have flexible payment options and plans.
